We are open. You can call to book or you can book online. We are open every day of the week from 8am - 4pm.
As it sits right now, we are at the red risk level and limited to 25% capacity. We aren't sure what that means exactly, but we do know we are limited to 10 customers at a time. We have also minimized our availability. We take this virus seriously. With that in mind, and until this virus subsides or a vaccine becomes readily available, these are our policies:
No more than 10 customers are allowed in our shop at any one time.
Our trail crew will not work with more than 10 customers at a time and separate parties must stand at least 6 feet apart.
Masks are required by Colorado state law inside our building.
Our door handles, counter, and even our pens are disinfected after each use.
Our employees at the front counter will wear nitrate gloves and masks.
Our trail crew workers will wear masks if they are within 6 feet of each other and when they are around customers.
Our helmets are highly disinfected. If you try one on, we will not let you put it back on the shelf. We must disinfect it before hand. Furthermore, our trail crew workers will not touch your helmet after you are done with it until it has been disinfected. We also offer helmet socks for an added layer of protection.
Our Jeep and Razor interiors have been fully disinfected before each use.
We pretend anything we or a customer touches is infected with COVID. It is the only safe way to operate.
We have hand sanitizer at our counter and keep disinfectant at the trail head in case you require it for any other reason.
It is our opinion that the safest place to visit this is the outdoors. Especially in Estes Park Colorado.
